CHS goes high-tech for temp checks

As you may have seen on WBIR-TV, last week, Clinton High School installed automatic temperature scanners to check students as they enter the building.

Students simply walk through the machine, which looks like a metal detector you’d see in an airport or courthouse, rather than having a staff member check each person.

The automated systems can screen as many as 70 students per minute.
