Norris one step closer to adopting budget

The Courier News reports that no one spoke up against the proposed budget for the City of Norris during a public hearing on Monday, so the budget will be considered on second and final reading on Monday, June 8th at 7 pm as the City Council will meet electronically once again.

The proposed budget for the fiscal year that begins July 1st includes pay raises for city workers, but no increase in property taxes.
