Frank Richard Matthews, age 63, of Kingston

Frank Richard Matthews, age 63, of Kingston, was born August 10, 1953 in Oliver Springs to the late Andrew Hoyt & Louise White Matthews.  Frank went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 30, 2017.  Frank worked many years for the City of Oak Ridge at the Water Sewer Treatment Plant as a Senior Waste Water Operator.  He leaves behind many friends and family who will miss his dearly.

In celebration of Franks life, the family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:00 pm,Friday, June 2, 2017 at Fraker Funeral Home in Kingston.  Graveside service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Livingston.

Frank passed away from small cell lung cancer and the family request in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.  Online register book can be signed at Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston in charge of all the arrangements.
