Vicky Lynn Morgan, age 56

Vicky Lynn Morgan age 56, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus at Methodist Medical Center on Monday March,20, 2017.She was born on June 27,1960 to Joe and Alene Gilbert.

She loved the Lord and was an Amazing singer and Piano Player. She could play and sing anything. Her Hobbies included reading, and writing. Her favorite song was Consider the Lilies and her favorite poem was The Road Less Traveled by Robert Frost.

She is preceded in death by her parents Alene Mullins, Joe Gilbert, and Step Father Walter Mullins and Mother in law Mary Lou Morgan. Sisters Janice Pressley and Kathy Gilbert.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years Kenny Morgan. Children Chris and Jennifer McKinney Josh and Monica Morgan and Katie Morgan. In laws Wayne and Carolyn Morgan. Brothers and sisters David and Liz Morgan, Grant and Shanella Hawkins and Steve and Joann Gaylor Nieces and Nephews Brad and Lyndsay Foust, and Zach Gaylor and Wilbur Hawkins, Justin and Beth Bracken, Trish Morgan and fiancé Eddie Patterson. Justin Morgan and Loni Sanchez Keri Brown. Great niece Charlee Foust

She is also survived by her three granddaughters who were the world to her. Her oldest granddaughter Hailey has always been her nanas Hailey Bop. Kendahl Morgan who she called K enjoyed playing games together on the kindle. And last but Defiantly not least is Hannah grace. She and Hannah always loved coloring. The girls always looked forward to spending time with their Nana Vicky. She loved everyone, but these three girls made her world and heart whole.

The world was better because you were in it.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 24, 2017  between the hours of 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs. Graveside services will follow at Union Valley Baptist Church cemetery with Pastor Wayne Morgan officiating.
