A Campbell County jury last week found a Jacksboro man guilty following the deaths of three people in a single-vehicle, drunk-driving accident in 2014. Kevin Fleming was found guilty of driving under the influence, his fourth offense, and three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide for the deaths of Darrell Jason Carroll, Carl Daugherty, Jr., and Charles Morris. The case was investigated by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI. Fleming is in custody awaiting the sentencing phase of the trial.
