AC, OR roll on Homecomings; rest of Week 5 scoreboard

Anderson County 54 Union County 7…The Mavericks ran roughshod over the hapless Patriots as they bounced back from a big loss earlier in the week to Oak Ridge. Jamie Prosise ran for a score and recovered a fumble for a touchdown for AC; Thomas Roberts ran for a score and Tate Holmes ran for two scores and threw a long scoring pass to Aaron Sharp. AC improved to 2-3, 1-1 with the win.

Oak Ridge 55 Lenoir City 15…Jordan Graham returned the game’s opening kickoff for a touchdown and added scoring runs of 59 and 60 yards for Oak Ridge as they cruised on Homecoming. Tee Higgins also caught a socring pass for the ‘Cats, who also got an interception return for a TD from Chase Kimbro and a rushing touchdown from TJ Allison.
