I am a civilian employed by Fluor Corp. to re-build Iraq. We are able to listen to your all night Classics while we work. Love it! I'm from Texas and your music is the best on the air. I would like to request "Long Black Veil" by Lefty Frizell.

Brian May 11, 2005 3:11 PM » Michael (Texas) Dear Mr. Meredith, Ron, greetings from South Texas. Although I was born in Knoxville, reared in Clinton/Andersonville, graduated in 1977 from Norris High School, and graduated twice from UTK, I have lived the past 19 years in Texas. During this past holiday season, I shared the blessed season with my parents, Reverend Lowell & Mrs. Joyce Elkins. They are long-time fans of "Trading Time", "Ask Your Neighbor", and classic country music. When someone visits my parents or rides in their vehicles, one might think the radios only receive WYSH. Given the miracle of computers and the Internet, I now can listen to WYSH and feel as though I am almost back home in East Tennessee. I am an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in the Department of Communications & Theatre Arts. Although I love Texas, Tennessee is home--go Vols! In fact, I might have been the lone voice living in the Lone Star State who enjoyed our recent Cotton Bowl. ( - : Seriously, several folks at Island Ford Baptist Church listen you your wonderful radio station. I sincerely wish all of East Tennessee the best. As Bill Williams from WBIR states, "Straight from the Heart of East Tennessee" allow me to add that there is no place like a beautiful East Tennessee mountain home and no folks nicer than East Tennesseeans. With fondness, Michael kfmre00@tamuk.edu May 11, 2005 3:11 PM » Henk Minderhound (Holland) Hai, I'm lisning by internet. The time here is 08.00 AM The country is Holland in Europe. Have a nice day. Henk Minderhoud May 11, 2005 3:11 PM » CCirillo (Troy, NY) Just wanted to drop you a line. I listen to you guys at work just about every morning from the thriving metropolis of Troy, NY. You guys just crack me up. I'm so glad I found you on the web... May 11, 2005 3:11 PM » Shannon (Claxton) Hey Guys! Just had to email and say I have enjoyed listening to you all in the mornings! My sister and I call each other often during the day when we listen to what you've got to say. We used to only listen to Trading Time and Ask Your Neighbor, but since I have discovered you earlier, we have decided you both must have some really strong coffee and are at your best! This morning I'm wondering do you have Irish Cream? haha! Whatever it is, it works! You are so informative and witty, much better than any other station! We love your shows, topics and wise-cracks! Hope you have a good St. Patricks Day and if you have time say hello to us in Claxton! We both have Irish names by the way, Shannon and Kasey! Here's you a couple clean Irish jokes too! What do you get when you cross a pillowcase with a stone? A Shamrock! How do you tell an Irishman is having a good time? He's DUBLIN over with laughter! Gotta get back to my radio! Ya'll have a great day! We just wanted to say Thanks for an awesome job!
